1. Fees and Reservation

The institute is self finance and its fees for given academic year is decided “Fees Fixation Committee ”. Institute adhere all the rules and regulation of “Fees Fixation Committee”. The detail fees structure for given academic year and modes of payment are displayed on institute website and notice board. Institute also provides contact number of counseling team members to help candidate for admission related information. The institutes forwarding all documents of SC/ST/SBC/NT/OBC students to “Samaj Kalyan” for claiming balance fees and EBC students to state government for fees concession. Institute follows seats reservation policy for different category students as per “Pravesh Niyantran Samitee”

2. Admission Category

Institute is conducting admission under following three categories

2.1 CAP Seats

CAP seats include minimum 80% seats of sanction intake and Tuition fees waiver scheme (TFWS) seats. CAP seats are filled as per rules and regulation of DTE, Mumbai.

The following procedure is followed for admission to CAP seats,

  • Institute submit in addition of 80% seats of sanction intake seats to DTE, for admission to first year
  • Admission related information such as courses and intake, fees structure displayed on institute web site
  • Institute follows the CAP procedure as per declared by DTE website.
  • Students confirming their admission in ARC, and report to institute after final round.

  • Student will report to help desk team with allotment letter and will understood procedure of admission
  • Help Desk team team will verify original documents and allotment letter

2. Fees collection team

  • Team will collect fee in form of DD or Online too,

3. Original documents collection team

  • Students will submit original document’s Xerox copies and soft copies in pdf form to team

Note: – If students don’t have sufficient fees, he/she should submit request for installment in fee to Principal.

2.2 CAP Seats

  • Institute publishes advertisement for institute level seats admission in daily news paper.
  • Interested students submit application at institute office.
  • Institute display allotment based on choice and merit number.
  • Admitted students will have to pay institutional fees as per rules

2.3 Against Vacant Seats

  • Institute publish advertisement of vacant seats in state level news paper
  • Institute allots seats as per choices and merit number
